With 370,000 square feet of redevelopment underway, this thriving retail center will soon welcome Shake Shack, Panda Express and Dave's Hot Chicken, with sidewalk entrances and new, open vistas from Sunrise Highway. In 2027, ShopRite will join the mix, with other soon-to-be-named retailers and entertainment venues queued up to bring more fashion and fun.
