We wanted to share an update on the leasing activity in the Desert. While the temperatures are high this summer, so is our leasing momentum, setting us up for a productive 2025/2026 selling season.
We currently have six tenants under construction for fall openings: RH, Vuori (expanding their space), and Winston Pies. Additionally, WHBM, Chico's, and Soma are relocating and building new stores. We also have several great new brands in negotiation. Lots of great things happening at The Shops on El Paseo
